💭 The year was 2004, I auditioned and was selected to take part in a freestyle Rap competition. . The 1st ever Rap battle event in Singapore. Rap & Hip Hop was Blowing up! . Due partly to Eminem's "8 Mile", and the huge influence of Late 90s & Early 2000 Hip Hop & Rap. 🎤 "illest on Da Mic" was a huge event, it took place monthly in @zouksingapore and was featured on @juicesg , sponsored by anchor beer and @fleshimp
