The Coffee culture around the world has blossomed in the past two decades. Amidst the dozens of coffee houses in HK is new face ,NOC Coffee and Roaster, situated in Graham Street, Central. Co-owner Sum, is a 2011 barista Champion. His quaint little coffee shop , housed on a slope: overlooks the dozen green grocers and meat shops , away from the busy office buildings, an absolute coffee haven. Their coffee beans have been grounded to perfection , and the fragrant aroma justifies the taste of the end product: smooth, milky and revitalising (topped with amazing coffee art) .
